Ways You Can Help
If the information on this website interests you, and seems to you positive, possible, or important, please share it as widely as you can – in whatever ways work for you. In so doing, you help to create a climate of hope and expectancy for Maitreya’s public emergence, allowing him to come forward, without infringing humanity’s free will.
Here are two suggestions along these lines:
Consider the practice of Transmission Meditation, a simple but powerful way to help the world. In this group meditation, spiritual energies are sent by the Masters of Wisdom through Transmission groups to wherever they are most needed on the planet at any given time. Make your voice heard
Add your voice to the rising call for sharing and justice, freedom and peace, the restoration of the environment. Sign petitions, write your congressperson, use your vote wisely, protest peacefully, and support organizations that promote environmental and human rights. Stand up and be heard!
Volunteer in your community
Find a way to serve in whatever way your life allows: volunteering or donating, supporting or participating, online or in person! Choose the thing you care about most. Step onto the path and begin.
There is so much to choose from. You might consider: filming a documentary using your cell phone; mentoring a child or volunteering at a local, public school; organizing a beach clean-up with your friends or family; raising some beehives or creating a community garden; working at a soup kitchen or helping clothe recently arrived immigrants; unionizing your workplace or starting a worker-owned cooperative.
Consider waking up an hour earlier or staying up an hour later to research the issues that compel you the most. In this way, you can intentionally communicate about them, find others to collaborate with, and help make manifest the solutions needed. You will discover that your life thereby gains in meaning, and you, yourself, will become uplifted.
Know that you are not an isolated individual, that the help of the World Teacher and incoming tide of the new energies are carrying forward the needed changes for the benefit of all.
Have hope! This is a monumental time of change – for the better!

“All are needed, everyone. No one is too small or young to take part in this Great Plan for the rescue and the rehabilitation of our world.
Resolve to do this and be assured that My help will not be withheld.
How to start? Begin by dedicating yourself and all that you are and have been to the service of the World, to the service of your brothers and sisters everywhere. Make sure that not one day passes without some act of true service, and be assured that My help will be yours. This, the path of service, is the only path for true men, for it is the path which leads them to God.”
